Many times it happens to us that we take up a certain way of eating and exercising with great enthusiasm. We succeed for a while, but then suddenly it is no longer our priority and we go back to our old ways. Many times we don’t realize that we just go to the fridge or to the “favorite cupboard” in the kitchen and take the first thing we can get our hands on. Of course, if there is only one, it is still good. Sometimes we really don’t know why we eat, why we don’t care what we eat and why we can’t get into physical activity. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a process of making changes in your life. It discovers the causes of actions that you have brought into your life up until now, consciously or unconsciously, or that others have done for you. Thus, until now, you have acquired certain beliefs, thoughts, desires, or values, which may be the cause of your problems and the failure to achieve your goals. With NLP techniques, we help you to find the reason why you are stuck and eliminate only that. NLP techniques allow you to reach the desired goal, to better productivity, to change behavioral patterns, to a better self-image, to eliminate fear, to self-motivation, etc.
How does coaching/NLP therapy work? With good contact and a trusting relationship. The main goal of the NLP therapist is to reduce obstacles to the goal and stimulate the client’s potential, which is the basis for a clearly set goal. An NLP therapist will guide you through the entire process, but it’s up to you to fully commit. It is very important that you are ready to change the things that hinder you from reaching your goal. You will be able to meet the NLP therapist in person or by video call (Skype, WhatsApp, Facetime, etc.) up to max. 60 min. For the first time, there is an introductory part where we discuss and analyse the situation, and further meetings are based on NLP techniques, which trigger thought processes in the client that help new strategies, changes in behaviour, and identifying new ideas; or according to the needs and wishes of the client. Meetings take place in 14-day intervals up to max. 10 meetings, or according to the needs and wishes of the client.
